Mindfulness Session at Founders Pledge Summer Retreat

With straightforward yet impactful two-minute exercises, Ela Crain will gently lead you on a path to a serene mental state, allowing you to wholeheartedly embrace the present moment. Our intention is to cultivate a nurturing atmosphere that encourages group interaction, fostering a sense of togetherness and collective advancement.

The session warmly welcomes participants of all backgrounds, regardless of their prior experiences with meditation or mindfulness. These practices are deeply rooted in age-old Tibetan wisdom, inspired by the revered teachings of the 12th Tai Situpa Rinpoche, thereby presenting an enriching journey of self-discovery accessible to one and all.
