As a Life Coach, I had the privilege of conducting workshops at the largest startup community in Europe, Factory Berlin, and later carried on with my coaching practice Los Angeles.
Peaceful Ease Podcast was a product of my coaching era. Co-hosted by Mario Porecca, our discussions were around emotional health, mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, nurturing healthy relationships, and living a purposeful life.
Mash Stories
I founded Mash Stories, a non-profit organization that helped writers kickstart their careers, back in 2013. It aimed at transforming the book-publishing world into a positive community of writers and readers based on mutual passion.
With its 69 voluntary staff, Mash Stories published over 2,200 hand-picked writers. It was listed among the Top 50 Websites in 2015 by Grey Goose Vodka. It has also beaten 13,000 other nominees to gain 2nd place in The 19th Annual Webby Awards – the Oscars of the Internet – in the social media category in 2015.
ADVlondon
After finishing her MA in Film & Digital Media in 2004, Ela founded a video production company in London, ADVlondon, and managed it for 5 years.
ADVlondon specialized in corporate training or educational content. Some of its clients were: M.A.C Cosmetics, M.A.C AIDS Fund, Channel 4, Orange Mobile, Haymarket Publishing, St. Tropez Cosmetics, and the Dragons’ Den star James Caan.
